You must have a recent version of Java on your phone. The majority of new phones already have Java (MIDP2, CLDC1.1). Regrettably, this does not include the iPhone® or some Blackberrys®. If you are not sure that your phone has Java, it is safe to simply try to install Sketch.
To install Sketch on your phone, simply point the web browser on your phone at: http://dakinewave.mobi/ and select the install link.
Do not start the application immediately. First, you should grant Sketch permission to send messages (then you can txt your pics to your friends) and to read and write to your memory card (so that you can use photos as the background to your sketches and save your artwork). Your phone's manual will tell you how to do this.
Sketch is free to try. The only limitation is the number of items (lines, shapes & stampers) you can add to your picture.
If you want to remove the limitations of the trial version, you can purchase a license from our secure online store:
Having paid for a license, you will be sent a link to a web page where you can enter the Sketch serial number from your phone. You can find this by selecting 'Enter License' from the main menu. You will then be given a key code which, when you enter in your phone, will unlock the limits of the trial.
