Please provide as much information as possible, both regarding the issue itself and about your computer's specification (amount of memory, manufacturer of graphics card etc.) and its setup (operating system, DirectX/Open GL version).
It can help our diagnosis of the problem immensely, if you are able to provide details of the steps that you take in order to reproduce the issue.
